Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert guidance on vehicle selection, financing options, and after-sales services.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new and used car sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for the automotive industry.
  • FCA accreditation is preferred.

  • Salary £18,000 + Uncapped OTE circa £45,000.
