Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Technician to join our team in a Building Services Consultancy. As a Revit Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across various market sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Building Service Engineers to produce coordinated drawings
  • Deliver projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Coordinate Building Services using REVIT MEP
  • Create and amend MEP Families, Objects, Tags, Annotations
  • Create legends, schedules, and templates
  • Amend drawings in both Revit MEP & AutoCAD
  • Meet project requirements within specified time frames
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current industry regulatory and design standards
  • Provide guidance to junior staff and apprentices
  • Follow BIM Protocols
  • Liaise professionally with clients, professional teams, contractors, and staff of all levels

Requirements

  • Proficient operator of Revit MEP CAD/AutoCAD packages and associated computer software
  • Ideal background in the MEP industry or experience in a similar role
  • Organized and able to work to a high standard against agreed timescales
  • Team player, but able to operate at an individual level
  • Ideal ONC/HNC in a relevant discipline
