Project Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Orion Electrotech - Gas.

As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing a high-end residential project in Oxfordshire.

The project involves the construction of a 4-story student accommodation block with a basement and two semi-detached high-end homes, with a total value of £4m.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget
* Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met

Requirements:

* Proven track record of managing similar projects from start to finish
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
* Strong leadership and communication skills
