About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Hythe, Kent. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting learning disabled adults to live their best lives.

About the Team

What You Will Do

  • Provide person-centered support to learning disabled adults, enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and cooking.
  • Support individuals to develop their skills and confidence, including budgeting, time management, and social skills.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and effective service.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
