Job Description

You will lead your room team to deliver high-quality educational experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our children. This includes developing and implementing lesson plans, supporting educators, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between activities.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary of up to £31,000 per annum, reflecting the demands of this leadership role. In addition, you can enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant childcare qualification, level 3 minimum.
  • An experienced Level 3 Educator, preferably a Room Leader or Deputy Room Leader.
