Job Responsibilities
- Carry out immediate needs assessments and proactively case manage clients who often face life-changing injuries.
- Using your excellent communication skills, support your clients, helping them identify and achieve their full potential and provide goal-focused rehabilitation with the aim of facilitating an optimum return to work and function.
- Attend yearly case management conferences and external training events to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
What We Offer
- Negotiable hourly rate
