Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership, driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Divide time between the workshop, working alongside technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.
  • Help drive business performance, passionate about customer experience, and committed to long-term career growth and development.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of £30,000 to £33,000 per annum.
  • Average uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year, with potential to earn more.
