Support Students with Challenging Behaviours

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a caring and patient individual to join their team and provide support to students with challenging behaviours. The successful candidate will work closely with the staff within the school and existing behaviour plans to track and improve the behaviour of the student and reinforce positivity in creative ways.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to students with challenging behaviours
  • Work closely with the staff within the school to develop and implement behaviour plans
  • Reinforce positive behaviour through creative and engaging methods
  • Build supportive relationships with students to act as a mentor and role model
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working with children is essential
  • Patience, kindness, and fairness are key characteristics for this role
  • Ability to work closely with the staff within the school and existing behaviour plans
