About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our team at Ark People Housing Care. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals in our services across Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective and efficient support to individuals with varying needs.
  • Communicate and build relationships with supported individuals to provide individualized care and support.
  • Be responsible for supporting individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
