Customer-Facing Role

This is a unique chance to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers daily, and developing your communication and teamwork skills.

As an Apprentice Nandoca, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, giving a warm welcome, and ensuring customers have everything they need
  • Serving customers efficiently at the till – understanding their needs
  • Serving amazing food to Nando's high standards that make customers feel 'Fired up', 'Wowed by the Experience' and 'Hooked for the Next Taste'
  • Managing takeaway customer experience
  • Setting up, maintaining, handing over and closing down a clean, safe, and fully operational workstation
  • Handling deep cleaning to Nando's high standards
  • Following all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures
