Job Title: Engineering Manager

At Luton Bennett, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the smooth operation of our food manufacturing plant.

The successful candidate will report to the Group Engineering Manager and oversee a team of 15 engineers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with site systems, H&S legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Delivering engineering projects on time and within budget
  • Overseeing the implementation of new plant and equipment
  • Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities across the site

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing industry. Relevant qualifications and a proven track record of delivering results are essential.
