Lear Corporation is seeking an experienced Automotive Systems Developer to join its team. As a software expert, you will support the development and maintenance of our Part Management Application (PMA) and Excel-based solutions to meet business requirements for end-to-end change management reporting and workflow.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of the PMA by conducting business analysis and interacting with systems team management and other stakeholders to review, assess, and analyze development ideas to agree on a way forward/solutions specification and agree timelines.
  • Follow agreed coding conventions, backup strategies, and source control processes.
  • Develop and enhance complex Excel-based worksheets that interface with the PMA and are driven by complex VBA macros.

This role requires at least 5 years of development experience in C#, HTML/CSS, SQL Server, and Excel VBA. Knowledge of engineering BOMs and the automotive industry is preferred. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Front End, Business Layer, and Data Layer.
