Cutler and Gross is a leading company in the eyewear industry, and we are looking for a skilled Sales Support Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global customer base and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including frame and sunglass allowance, annual eye test at a Cutler and Gross store, and 25 days holiday plus one extra day for each additional year of service.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should have experience in customer service, customer success or logistics, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Additional languages, such as French or German, would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our global customer base through email and telephone queries.
  • Processing after-sale requests and ensuring accurate recording for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborating with our Logistics Team in Italy to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Built strong relationships with our Sales Agent and serving as the primary point of contact for support.
