Educational Support Worker

We are seeking a proactive and supportive teaching assistant to join our team as a teaching assistant with lunchtime organizer responsibilities. This role requires the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
About the Job:
- The successful candidate will provide academic support to students across all classes from Reception through to KS3, promoting student learning and progress.
- Support teachers with lesson delivery, contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Organize and supervise students during lunchtime, fostering social skills and responsibility.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- A recognized teaching qualification, such as QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent, is essential for this position.
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a UK school and a strong understanding of Safeguarding policies.
- An Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service is mandatory.
- Two professional child-related references covering the last two years will be requested.
Working Hours and Salary:
- This role offers flexible working arrangements, including part-time and full-time positions, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
- £95.00 per day, based on the minimum rate of pay, reflecting the value we place on our staff's contributions to the educational experience of our students.
