About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Configuration Analyst Lead to join our team at Bionic Services Ltd. As a key member of our Insurance Middle Funnel Squad, you'll be responsible for leading a team of configuration analysts and ensuring the overall quality of our SaaS platform improves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Line manage a small team of platform configuration analysts, guiding their personal growth and development
  • Ensure code consistency and improved quality across the platform
  • Provide technical direction to the team, promoting best practices
  • Work closely with other Tech Leads to support Bionic's overall Technical Strategy
  • Maintain alignment with other squads and reach consensus on technology decisions
  • Drive the Test Automation strategy
  • Craft and own the squad's technical roadmap
  • Be hands-on with the platform configuration work

  • Proven experience in leading a team of configuration analysts
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on platform configuration and development
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work closely with other teams and stakeholders
