Job Description

**Job Title:** Injection Moulding Setter

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Setter to join our team at 5S Recruitment Limited. As an Injection Moulding Setter, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain production processes to ensure optimum running conditions.
  • Resolve machine-related production/quality issues in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Provide efficient end-of-shift handovers to ensure seamless production continuity.
  • Produce high-quality moulded products that meet specifications.
  • Monitor and maintain quality in accordance with established standards.
  • Use forklifts and manual means to move raw materials and finished products.
  • Contribute to achieving optimum production levels.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workplace, adhering to 5S principles.
  • Conduct quality checks and record measurements throughout each shift.
  • Inform the Production Manager immediately of any breaches of works rules.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address production downtime issues.
  • Investigate and resolve quality complaints.
  • Optimize machine efficiencies.
  • Ensure good housekeeping within the department.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials.
