Job Title: Sales Solution Architect EMEA m/f/d

Our Implementation team plays a key role in onboarding new customers seamlessly. As a Sales Solution Architect, you will work cross-departmentally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to understand and document client use cases and requirements. You will then translate these into the setup and configuration of the 360Learning platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from kick-off to handover to support.
  • Drive project management, define 360Learning platform architecture for clients, facilitate integrations, and guide assistance for successful deployment.
  • Within 1 month, become a Trello expert, understand our product offering through training, and master our platform to support clients on basic requests.
  • Within 3 months, onboard and migrate new clients by driving project management, hosting functional and technical workshops, and delivering technical expertise.
  • Within 6 months, successfully deploy the 360Learning platform, implement integrations, and develop repeatable and scalable processes.
  • Within 12 months, onboard another Solution Deployment Manager, contribute to our knowledge base, and work with our partner ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR-related.
  • Project management skills, understanding, and experience working with APIs, SSO configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Solution-oriented, client-first mindset, and ability to adapt to your audience.
  • Organized, structured, rational, analytical, and able to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations.
  • Native English proficiency, French is not mandatory, but will be appreciated.
