Job Summary:

We are recruiting for a skilled Maintenance and Repairs Administrator to join our Property Maintenance Helpdesk Team in Derby. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of efficient and effective repairs and maintenance services across our property portfolio.

Main Duties:

  • Arrange periodic servicing and safety checks of gas, fire, and electrical installations and appliances, as required.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with contractors, landlords, and partner agencies.
  • Monitor progress on repair and maintenance work, liaising with contractors to minimise delays and ensure targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of property maintenance (training provided).
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Estimated Salary: £24,648 per annum
