Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Media Transformation Specialist to work with our team of Salesforce Architects and Developers. As a trusted advisor to our business stakeholders, you will help support configuration and development works that match the needs of the business.
You will also provide Level 1 support to End Users and business stakeholders through the helpdesk and dedicated support group chats, ensuring the set SLAs are met, as well as getting involved in providing basic training to the End Users and helping build up our internal Salesforce community.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformation in out-of-home advertising, powered by data-driven insights and technology.
- You will collaborate with industry experts who will mentor you, fostering your professional growth and technical skills.
- Your work will directly influence Clear Channel's Salesforce community and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Technical and Solution Architect to deliver a high-quality, best-practice Salesforce solution.
- Support configuration, development, and deployment tasks within Salesforce, following the Architect's guidance.
- Coordinate with team members to gather requirements, assist with User Acceptance Testing, and support post-launch activities.
- Provide technical support for implementations, enhancements, and bug-fixes on Salesforce solutions.
- Assist in creating documentation on workflows and processes for future reference and training.
- Develop comprehensive technical knowledge of the Salesforce CRM and CPQ processes.
- An estimated salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Flexible working: 2 days onsite and 3 days WFH.
