Primary School Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PPA Primary Teacher to join our vibrant primary school in Lewisham, specialising in supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).
The RoleAs a PPA Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment tailored to the unique needs of each student. Your expertise will allow you to teach a variety of subjects that are tailored to the needs of the student.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of our students.
- Provide PPA cover across all primary years, from reception to year 6.
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and well-being.
- Adapt lessons to suit the students' needs, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive.
- Hit the ground running and provide students with SEN needs with engaging and effective lessons.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of ASD and children with complex needs.
- Experience working in a primary education setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
