Indirect Procurement Strategist

This prestigious £Multi-Billion FTSE Firm is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join their award-winning Sourcing Hub. As an Indirect Procurement Strategist, you will play a key role in driving compliance and best practice throughout the Strategic Sourcing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for indirect categories
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and legal specialists to negotiate contracts with major global suppliers
• Drive compliance and best practice throughout the Strategic Sourcing process
• Report directly to the Procurement & Supplier Management Director and contribute to the development of the procurement function

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Strategic Sourcing across indirect categories
• Degree from a leading institution
• Started CIPS qualifications (with opportunity to complete at this firm)
• Strong knowledge of procurement / sourcing / supplier contracts, with significant experience of contract drafting and negotiation
