We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Waterlooville. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily activities and provide emotional support to individuals with diverse needs and abilities.
- Play a vital role in supporting people out and about, including shopping, eating out, and visiting family.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy environment within the service, including health and safety around the house, cleaning, laundry, and gardening.
- A genuine passion for supporting others and building meaningful relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
