Job Title: Power Systems Engineer

BT Group is seeking a highly skilled Power Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Network Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our power systems and cooling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain power systems and cooling equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on power systems and cooling equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to power systems and cooling equipment.
  • Develop and implement procedures for power system maintenance and repair.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds 2360 parts 1+2 or equivalent NVQ in Electrical Engineering.
  • BTEC Electrical Engineering Level 3/HNC/HND/MOET Level 3/ET Level 3.
  • Inspection, Testing and Verification (C&G 2392-10).
  • HVAC Refrigeration C&G/NVQ Level 3.
  • Demonstrable experience of repairing and maintaining Air Conditioning Split systems.
  • Coaching/mentoring/supervisory experience.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
