As an Executive Conference Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with numerous stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic events department. We offer a competitive salary of up to £33,000pa depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, a generous benefits package, and access to training and development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced events professional who has a proven track record of delivering successful events. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of running events both face-to-face and virtually, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a high standard of presentation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include logistical delivery of events, speaker liaison, virtual and on-site delivery, pre-event planning/administration, and performing first-class event execution. You will work closely with colleagues from marketing, communities, and commercial partnerships to deliver events that meet member needs.
