Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Client Paralegal to join our team at Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will play a vital role in supporting our solicitors and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: You will be responsible for drafting, preparing, and reviewing legal documents, including wills, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
  • Client Liaison and Meetings: You will liaise with clients, attend meetings, and provide excellent communication skills to ensure seamless client relationships.
  • File Management: You will manage files using a digital system, ensuring accurate and efficient file maintenance.
  • Probate Administration: You will assist with probate matters, providing support to our solicitors and clients.
  • Support to Senior Solicitors: You will provide research and court preparation support to our senior solicitors, ensuring the smooth operation of our Private Client department.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You should have experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in Private Client law, although other legal areas may be considered.
  • Skills: You will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
