We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at eXPD8. As a Client Services Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our Client Services team, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch administrative support to the Client Services team, including reviewing data, collating reports, and writing visit briefs and instructions.
- Acting as the main point of contact for incoming queries from clients and merchandisers, responding quickly and accurately via telephone and email.
- Supporting our merchandisers in the field by providing them with the information they need to do a great job for our clients.
- Working closely with the Client Services team to ensure that our clients' activities and campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
This is a hybrid role, with 5 hours per week spent working from home and the remaining time spent in our Bristol Head Office. We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent IT literacy and a keen eye for detail.
