Sales Floor Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Sales Support Team at NEXT. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for providing fast and friendly service to our customers, working on the sales floor, in the stockroom, or both.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offering exceptional customer service, helping customers find the perfect products
- Processing stock quickly and accurately, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, and putting stock away
- Locating, packing, and transferring stock in and out of store
- Meeting deadlines to deliver stock to customers on time
- Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom
About You:
- You are a great communicator, friendly, calm, and efficient, even in a fast-paced environment
- You are excited about the challenge of a varied and dynamic job
- You are flexible, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile for your team and customers
- You take pride in your work and approach tasks with energy, pace, and dedication
- You are happy to work independently and achieve performance targets
