Hays Accountancy and Finance is seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, providing accounting, taxation, and business advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a broad portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
  • Deliver accounting, taxation, and other services to clients, while providing business advice and guidance
  • Oversee the delivery of services, manage employees, workload, and budgets, and collaborate with partners on advisory project work
  • Develop the team, work closely with directors, cultivate client relationships, and expand the firm's customer base and department

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Experience in accounts/tax and general accountancy practice service delivery to a wide range of clients
  • Progressed to Managerial levels and seeking to advance your career

What We Offer

  • Circa £55,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable with benefits
