We are looking for a highly skilled Operating Department Practitioner Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the operating department, ensuring efficient and safe delivery of patient care.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on experience. We also offer a generous benefits package, including life assurance, income protection, and childcare vouchers.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of ODPs. They will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with medical staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered ODP with the HCPC
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
