We are seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in the Wales & Western region. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing contract activities on site, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage contract activities on site, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead by example and promote a positive safety culture and a right-first-time attitude among the site team and the supply chain.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with site management, the client, the local community, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure the delivery of a quality product that meets the customer's requirements and expectations.
  • Maximise the profitability of the project by identifying and recording changes, managing resources efficiently, and closing out defects and deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Support and develop your team members and share best practices and lessons learned across the sector.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a site supervisor, undertaking similar work, ideally in Wales or Western.
  • A valid SSSTS qualification (preferably SMSTS or working towards SMSTS).
  • A valid CSCS card, PTS (if required) and other identified training.
  • A good level of IT skills.
  • A strong commitment to the Octavius values of integrity, caring, progressive, openness, and quality.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
