Infrastructure Planning Opportunities
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Town Planner to join our team at PropSource Consulting. This role involves leading the preparation of consent applications under various planning regimes and managing project budgets effectively.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. A degree in town planning is essential, and Chartered status (MRTPI) is highly desirable.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing the entire consenting process, from feasibility and application preparation to obtaining consents and supporting delivery during construction. You'll work with multidisciplinary teams on projects governed by diverse consenting regimes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering planning consents for infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Salary: £45,000 - £58,000 per annum.
