About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Project Coordinator to join our team at RECRUITMENTREVOLUTION. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating our training and events programme, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

The role involves planning and arranging training activities, supporting the Senior Project Manager, and managing costs. You will also be responsible for tracking progress, developing ways for individuals to continue their learning journey, and providing administrative support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sustainability and has experience in project management, marketing, and events. If you have strong organisational skills, can engage meaningfully with colleagues and stakeholders, and have a good understanding of website content and email marketing platforms, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and arranging training activities, including devising subject choices and liaising with trainers
  • Supporting the Senior Project Manager by creating timelines and developing relationships with clients
  • Managing costs and ensuring delivery on budget
  • Tracking progress and activity of individuals and companies engaging with training programmes
  • Developing ways for individuals to continue their learning journey
  • Writing reports, preparing meeting materials, and providing administrative support
