About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the UK Account HSSE Lead (Data Centre Client) at JLL. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental management principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement and Manage HSSE Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive HSSE strategy that aligns with JLL's global standards and ensures the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.
  2. Manage Operational Risks: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across the account, providing guidance and advice on health and safety risk management at all levels.
  3. Lead HSSE Quality Initiatives: Manage, support, and direct HSSE quality initiatives at the UK sites and any progressive AORs outside the UK, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and client global risk control standards.
  4. Incident and Accident Investigations: Manage account for incident and accident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  5. HSSE Communication and Training: Organize, implement, and maintain an effective account HSSE communication plan, providing training and education to employees and stakeholders on HSSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 10 Years of HSSE Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in HSSE management, with a strong background in operational management systems and working with corporate clients.
  2. Management System Development and Implementation: Experience in developing, implementing, and auditing management systems, with a deep understanding of the HSE regulatory environment in major markets.
  3. HSSE Technology and Data Management: Experience in implementing HSE technology platforms and data management tools across multiple countries and regions.
  4. Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrix structure and communicate effectively with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
