Future Network Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Streetworks Coordinator to join our team in Leeds.

We are a leading provider of ultrafast fibre connectivity solutions, delivering high-level engineering services across various sectors and disciplines. Our expertise in internal and external fibre network architectures makes us a reliable choice for telecommunications industry operators and vendors.


Your Role

As a Streetworks Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our fibre coordinators, responsible for all aspects of the Streetworks process.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Management of Streetworks noticing, including raising, closing, and registering
  • Chasing notice information to ensure timely completion of Streetworks tasks
  • Tracking notice and permit applications
  • Arranging traffic management and ensuring correct TM is booked for each job
  • Completion of TTRO forms as required
  • Collaboration with the wider team to resolve delays and disruptions to the program
  • Effective communication with office and field staff
  • Liaising with local highways authorities as necessary
  • Scheduling works according to the program, including distribution of job packs and safe dig prints
  • Tracking works activities, maintaining accurate records and updates
  • Creation and updates to SLDs


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • Prior experience in a similar role is essential
  • Experience with Street Manager or equivalent systems (Symology, Solo, Bentley)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages
