Job Description:

The Portfolio Group is seeking a skilled HR Documentation Specialist to join their team. As an HR Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining employment documentation for clients. This role requires strong knowledge of employment law, excellent written English, and exceptional word processing skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create client documentation based on the needs of the client and the suitability of relevant policies and procedures.
  2. Read through clients' existing documentation checking for terms that breach Employment Law and typographical/grammatical errors and correcting these.
  3. Liaise with clients over the phone, drafting any new documents, and deal with queries as appropriate.
  4. Provide a client-focused and personalized approach, building relationships and enhancing the client experience at all times.

About the Role:
This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Employment Legislation, specifically relating to policy wording and requirements, and will also have a high attention to detail and great customer focus.
