Experienced Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in surgical procedures and previous experience in sole charge or leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Covering first opinion and referral care, including medical and surgical cases
  • Advanced diagnostic imaging and rehabilitation
  • Opportunity to grow and master areas of special interest
Working Hours:

This is a full-time position with:

  • A 4-day week, with 10-hour shifts (various shift times between 7:30am - 8:00pm), totaling 40 hours
  • 1-hour lunch break
  • Equal rota for daytime in-patient care and help with emergencies over weekends and bank holidays
  • 2 days off in lieu of any weekends worked
  • No out-of-hours duties, except as a "last resort" backup to the dedicated emergency team on a rare rota basis
  • Primarily based at the busy branch clinic in Worthing, with potential shifts at hospitals to expand case exposure if needed
