This pivotal role will shape the charity's future, driving impact through effective talent acquisition, performance management, and employee retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead HR strategies to enhance talent acquisition, performance management, and employee retention.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring the charity's values and culture are upheld.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote an equitable workplace.
- Handle grievance and disciplinary procedures in compliance with legal frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CIPD certification
- Strong knowledge of charity sector challenges and corporate governance frameworks.
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles, particularly in HR or People and Culture domains.
- Experience in strategy development and operational management within the charity or non-profit sector.
- Expertise in legal and regulatory compliance for charities, including familiarity with the Charity Commission and CQC standards.
