Job Title: Electrical Shift Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Shift Engineer to join our team at a critical pharmaceutical site in Cambridge. As an Electrical Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems, including emergency lighting, fire alarms, UPS generators, boilers, chillers, lighting, and PAT testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out PPM tasks to ensure electrical systems are functioning correctly
  • Collaborate with the Site Supervisor to prioritize and manage daily tasks
  • Lead a team of 40 engineers on a brand-new critical pharmaceutical site

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in the facilities maintenance industry
  • Strong building services background and experience leading a team
  • Client-facing skills and ability to interact with clients
