Key Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Supervisor at Tortilla, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of kitchen staff to prepare and serve high-quality food
- Managing inventory and supplies to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements
To be successful as a Kitchen Supervisor at Tortilla, you'll need:
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, coffee shop, contract catering, or fast food chain as a Team Leader or Shift Leader
- A keen interest in learning and developing your skills
- A passion for serving high-quality food and providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
