Business Resilience Undergraduate

As a Business Resilience Undergraduate, you will be part of the Global Workplace Experience team, responsible for managing a Business Resilience framework across Pfizer's sites globally. Your primary focus will be on promoting and implementing various programs and initiatives across the resilience framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business resilience risk assessments to identify relevant control measures to hazards and threats.
  • Participate in the completion of Business Impact Analysis and dependency mapping.
  • Provide hands-on practical advice, guidance, and support to the business across a range of topics, such as emergency planning, business continuity, and crisis management.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance business resilience.
  • Participate in the Pfizer UK First Responder training program, gaining hands-on experience of incident management.
  • Document Business Resilience Plans.
  • Support the development and implementation of business resilience policy and procedures.
  • Maintain business resilience information on Microsoft Teams sites.
  • Data analysis and review, including preparation of reports for site leadership and response teams.
  • Raise awareness of business resilience through activities such as Business Continuity Awareness week, National Preparedness month, etc.
