Sales Growth Manager

Auxeris is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our battery electric vehicle and EVTOL portfolios. This is a full-time opportunity based at our Welwyn Garden City office, with a dynamic blend of European and North American working hours.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth market analysis to define commercial categories and identify new leads for each conference.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and driving revenue growth.
- Engage with prospects through cold calling and email, leveraging exceptional communication skills and a keen focus on interpersonal relationships.
- A minimum of five years of B2B sponsorship and Expo sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to rapidly grasp new topics and industries, identifying key sectors for sales engagement.
- Strong sales planning and forecasting abilities, with a keen focus on delivering results.
- Competitive salary: £45,000 GBP with a flat 20% commission (OTE £120,000 - £150,000)
