Job Description:

  • Provide support to students with their social, emotional, and behavioural development within the school setting.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a consistent approach to behaviour management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and attitudes among students.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children and young people with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
