About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Practice Development Facilitator (Care Trainer). The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and facilitating a comprehensive training program to equip our workforce with the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies to provide exceptional person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a range of training interventions to meet the needs of our workforce
  • Embed coaching and role modeling into practice to inspire a learning culture that reflects our values
  • Integrate coaching and role modeling into practice to inspire a learning culture that reflects our values
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions
Requirements
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs in a regulated health and social care environment
  • Hold a relevant qualification, such as ILM, D31/32, or A1
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
