Key Responsibilities- Carry out workplace risk assessments and communicate effectively with supervisors and management
- Resolve technical problems relating to plant and equipment and share knowledge with the team
- Carry out regular plant inspections and schedule servicing in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Maintain internal plant to Site Solutions standards and carry out on and off hire PDI inspections
- Provide clear and concise data and records, and lead the familiarisation or provide advice to others in the safe operation and correct maintenance of plant
- Advise on the modification and development of plant to ensure compliance with Change Control Procedures and identify opportunities to implement new technology
- Carry out daily/weekly work programmes set by manager and collaborate with operational teams
- Train, mentor and develop others, and maintain personal diary/CPD record to demonstrate career development
- Record all work carried out within company electronic system and carry out workshop inspections as instructed
- Maintain work area in a safe and tidy condition and ensure compliance with company and legislative safety and environment requirements
- Assist with implementation of Your Safety is My Safety and carry out various other tasks consummate with your role or development
