Lodge Manager Professional

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Lodge Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention rates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a retirement or care setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
