Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in advisory services for companies on establishing equity incentive plans
  • Handle transactional work in collaboration with the corporate team
  • Provide exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Develop strong analytical and numeracy skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
