**Perioperative Registered Nurse Role:**

The Perioperative Registered Nurse plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the operating room and other areas of perioperative services. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**
  1. Assess patients at intervals as stated in policies and procedures.
  2. Develop an individualized perioperative plan of care.
  3. Implement the plan of care using evidence-based interventions.
  4. Document nursing care.
**Requirements:**
  • Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Nursing degree.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
