About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Activities and Events department as an Activity Leader. As an Activity Leader, you will be responsible for leading groups of international students on a variety of activities and day trips, creating a lively atmosphere during excursions, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead groups of international students on activities and day trips
  • Create a positive and engaging atmosphere during excursions
  • Provide excellent customer service to students
  • Research and plan excursion destinations
  • Liaise with colleagues to discuss activity improvements
  • Attend and assist with large events
  • Ensure student safety and well-being

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and energetic individual
  • Confident in leading and managing groups
  • Highly organized and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Awareness and appreciation of cultural differences
  • Ability to handle difficult situations
