Recruitment Manager (Non-Billing) Leeds

Milk Education is a forward-thinking education recruitment agency dedicated to providing quality educational staff to schools and institutions. We offer public speakers to impact schools ED&I and assist children in overcoming prejudice and social stigmas through our charity (Make Life Kind) - truly giving back to the schools and the community.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager with significant experience within the education recruitment sector to join our established office in Leeds. This is a non-billing role focused on managing and developing the recruitment team, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving the strategic growth of our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of successful recruitment consultants.
  • Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work to maximise career progression for the team.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with senior management to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee daily recruitment operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in recruitment processes.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimise recruitment efforts.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a recruitment management role, desirably within the education sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and relevant legislation.
