The Role

We are seeking a Morning Care Assistant to join our team in Oxford. As a Morning Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their morning routines, including meal preparation, medication support, light home help tasks, and providing companionship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with morning routines, including meal preparation and medication management
  • Assist with light home help tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Work collaboratively with clients and their families to create personalized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
